Bombardier Aerospace has expanded its U.S. service network for Bombardier business jet operators by adding a Bombardier service center, the Duncan Aviation authorized service facility, and two Bombardier Line Stations.
The Bombardier West Virginia center and Duncan Aviation’s Battle Creek facility will offer maintenance, modification services and warranty work. This gives Bombardier Aerospace an additional 298,000 square feet (27,694 sq. m) to provide maintenance service to its operators.

The Dallas-area line station, located at Addison Airport, is now offering overnight service and aircraft-on-ground (AOG) assistance. The Teterboro line station, scheduled to be open by year-end, will serve local and out-of-area customers in need of line and AOG support.

Bombardier Service Centers move to “24/7” service operation
Effective October 31, the entire Bombardier service center network in the United States will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. “We are increasing the reach of our service center network and enhancing the aircraft maintenance services we provide our customers,” said Peter Edwards, president, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “By adding facilities and moving to a round-the-clock operation, we are increasing our overall capacity in a substantive manner.”

Bombardier is also increasing its staffing levels, adding another 60 technicians and specialists as fulltime employees. Bombardier already employs some 1,200 in its factory service centers.

The U.S.-based network in Clarksberg, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Hartford, Tucson, Wichita, Addison and Teterboro offers a total of 450,000 square feet (41,805 sq. m) of hangar space.

Service, maintenance and support for Bombardier business jets in the U.S. is also available through a nationwide network of seven independently managed authorized service facilities.

International support for Bombardier business jets is also available through two Bombardier owned and operated service centers – located in Berlin, Germany and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates – and via 20 authorized service facilities.
