·Aero Services joins pioneering Skyjet International charter network

Bombardier Aerospace, OMNI and Aero Services today launched a new chapter for the legendary Bombardier Learjet 45 aircraft in France, led by the historic arrival of Aero Services’ new Learjet 45 super light business jet in Paris.

In addition to officially welcoming its new Learjet 45 – marking the first time the best-in-class jet will be based at Paris-Le Bourget Airport – Aero Services also announced it will operate as a full member of Bombardier Skyjet International’s global network.

“Our French customers, who fly transcontinental missions, will be the first to benefit from the superior comfort and exceptional speed of the Learjet 45,” observed Jose Miguel da Costa, chief executive officer, OMNI/Aero Services. “This aircraft can fly high above traffic and easily reach across the entire continent. We believe it is the perfect aircraft to meet a growing requirement in our expanding operations.”

Skyjet International managing director Judith Moreton observed: “The addition of
Aero Services as our first network partner based in Le Bourget will allow us to successfully introduce the benefits of corporate charter to customers throughout France, offering them destinations throughout Europe and worldwide.”

Bombardier also announced that it is currently in negotiation to appoint OMNI Aviação e Technologia as its exclusive sales representative for Bombardier Learjet aircraft in France
and Portugal.

“Together, we will offer transportation solutions to existing and potential customers, Skyjet International in-house charter support and aircraft management and operations,” noted
Ms. Moreton. “Strengthening ties between our two companies is a key step to supporting Bombardier’s growing presence in France, Portugal and across Europe.”

Inspired by over 40 years of Learjet history, the powerful and proven super-light Learjet 45 aircraft flies faster, farther, and with more passengers than any aircraft in its class. It entered customer service in 1998 and is certified to fly up to 51,000 feet (15,545 m), above traffic congestion and inclement weather. The Learjet 45 features an eight-to-nine passenger cabin that offers unprecedented seating comfort.
It provides easy handling characteristics and features advanced avionics, enhanced fuel efficiency, superior reliability and built-in maintainability. Bombardier is scheduled to deliver its 300th Learjet 45 into service this year.

Bombardier Skyjet International is the only service of its kind to be developed by a business aircraft manufacturer.
