Organizational changes at Bombardier. Pierre Alary becomes interim CFO

Bombardier announced today that Mr. Pierre Alary is appointed, on an interim basis, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bombardier Inc, and, effective immediately, Mr. Louis Morin is leaving the Corporation.

Mr. Alary joined Bombardier in 1998 as Vice President, Finance for Bombardier Transportation and he had been promoted to the position of Vice President, Finance for Bombardier Inc. on Nov. 1, 2002.

“Throughout his career at Bombardier, Mr. Morin has been dedicated and loyal to the organization,” said Mr. Paul M. Tellier, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier. “I am joined by the whole management team in expressing our sincere thanks.”
