Statement - Learjet 45 Accident In Mexico City

Today, the Mexican Secretariat of Communications and Transportation issued a statement regarding the accident on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, that involved a Learjet 45 business jet aircraft operated by the Centro de Servicios de Aviación Ejecutiva.

Learjet has actively supported the accident investigation to date, and is ready to continue providing support in the weeks and months ahead.  

In accordance with international air accident protocols (ICAO Annex 13), Learjet cannot comment on the potential cause of this accident until the investigation is concluded.
